By creating an account and using mydraft., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
mydraft. is a SaaS (Software as a Service) quotation engine for bath fittings and sanitaryware retailers in India. The service is provided by mydraft. (contact: info@mydraft.in, +91 70213 84458).
mydraft. is billed at ₹5,200 per year plus 18% GST (one showroom, one user included). Additional users can be added at ₹4,000 per user per year plus GST. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service — no questions asked. To request a refund, email info@mydraft.in or WhatsApp +91 70213 84458 with your registered email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. After 30 days, refunds are not available, but you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged at the next renewal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the product catalogue, share your account credentials, or use the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into mydraft. — your customers, quotations, and custom products. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
mydraft. is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
