How many users are included?+

The Showroom Plan includes 1 user (the owner). Need your sales team on board? Add extra users anytime for ₹4,000 per user per year (+18% GST) — directly from Settings → People & Access inside the app. The owner controls each user's permissions.

Does the price include GST?+

The listed price is ₹5,200/year excluding GST. 18% GST is added at checkout as required by Indian tax law. The final amount charged is ₹6,136 for the Showroom Plan. We share a proper GST invoice within 7 business days.

Can I get a GST invoice?+

Yes. When you subscribe, provide your GSTIN and business details and we will share a proper GST invoice within 7 business days.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. Both plans are billed annually. You can cancel at any time — no lock-in, no questions asked.

Is my showroom data private?+

Yes. Your data is private to your account and never shared with other users or third parties.

What is the refund policy?+

We offer a full refund within 30 days of payment if you are not satisfied. See our Terms of Service for complete details.
