We collect the information you provide when you create a showroom account: your name, email address, showroom name, address, GSTIN, and contact number. We also store the quotations, customers, and product data you enter into the software.
We use your data solely to provide the mydraft. service — to power your quotation engine, store your quotes and customers, and send you service communications. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your showroom data is private to your account. Other users cannot access your customers, quotes, or custom products. Our system enforces strict data isolation between showroom accounts.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay under their own privacy and security standards.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will permanently delete your showroom data within 30 days.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sessions are encrypted and expire automatically.
You may request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@mydraft.in.
